Outreach Admin

MCP

Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client to Outreach Admin. The agent can do everything this admin does — templates, campaigns, workflows, delivery log, preferences — acting as you.

The agent acts as you, without extra prompts

Sends (run or schedule a campaign, trigger a notification), deletes and workflow publishes run as soon as the agent calls them — keep your client's tool permission prompts on for them. Every change is audit-logged under your account. Real sends can be switched off server-wide (MCP_ADMIN_SENDS_ENABLED); a confirmation dialog in the client can be required with MCP_ADMIN_CONFIRM_ENABLED.

1. Add the server

Only the URL — no keys, client ids or ports. Sign-in is Gateway OAuth in your browser.

Then inside Claude Code

/mcp → outreach-admin → Authenticate

Claude Code opens the browser for the Gateway sign-in on first use (or run /mcp → Authenticate).

2. Sign in

Your client opens the Gateway login page. After sign-in the agent works as you: every change and send is logged with your email.

Who may sign in is decided by Gateway (the outreach-admin-mcpclient's access policy). If Gateway refuses you, ask for access there.

Signing out of Gateway ends MCP access too: the next token refresh fails and the client asks you to sign in again.

3. What the agent can do

8 tools ask you first (marked confirm). Most write tools support dryRun for a preview without changes.
